I have it working. This is what I do. Pasted all the.dll and.exe files from script extender download into main FONV folder (the one with the fallout new vegas exe). I installed Project Nevada with fallout mod manager (not nexus mod manager) every time I start the game I right click on the script extender exe and run as administrator (windows 7). It's also running in windows xp service pack 3.
